Placing Order
  • All communications are considered requests until confirmed.
  • Orders will be confirmed only upon receiving payment (either partially or fully).
  • For orders collected at Glaze Church St location, confirmation occurs after receipt of 50% of the total order value. The remaining 50% to be paid during collection. For orders collected at any other location, confirmation occurs after 100% payment is made (ie. Orders must be paid 100% in advance.)
  • Payments for all orders must be received at minimum 48 hours in advance. Please note that for wire transfers, it is consider an additional 24 hrs for Butterfield Bank in Bermuda, and an additional 48 hours for all other local and overseas banks.
  • Last minute orders will be accepted but may be subject to a rush fee. Please contact us at 292-4422 asap after completing the request form.
  • We would love to customize your order. Images provided to us will be used as inspirations and guidelines for cake decorating. We will do our best to craft your order as per your request, however we do not guarantee exact replication of any reference image provided.
Collection
  • Please inspect your order during collection or delivery. If your order is damaged in any way, we will rectify or make alternative arrangement. If customer-related damage occurs, repairs may incur an additional charge.
  • If an order is not collected at the specified collection time, delivery may be requested. Delivery services are subject to availability and may incur delivery charges.
  • Any order not collected within 24 hours past the specified collection time will be disposed of without option for credit or refund.
Cancellation Policy
  • The value of any cancelled order will be retained as a credit on your account. There will be no cash refunds nor credit card reversals.
  • If cancellation occurs within 24-48 hrs, 50% of total order will be forfeit, with remaining 50% available as a store credit.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 24 hrs, 100% of total order will be forfeit.
  • In the case of a delivery order being cancelled within 24-48hrs, 50% of total order will be forfeit, with the remaining 50% available as a store credit. If delivery cancellation occurs within 24 hrs, 100% will be forfeit.
