How do I place a custom order request?
There are only few steps to follow:
- Select a restaurant from the list
- Choose the items you want
- Customize them as desired
- Add them to your Cart or Wish List
- Add additional items or Checkout
- When completed, proceed to Place Order Request
Can I order more than one item in an order?
Yes. Many options exist. For example, you can order
more than one set of cupcakes, or a combination of
items such as a cake, cookies and cupcakes.
Can I order items from different shops in a single
order?
To order items from a different brand, once you placed
an order from one brand and your cart is empty, simply
start a new order request from the additional shop.
Is there a limit to the number of items I can order?
No, You can add as many items as you wish to your
cart.
How do I track the status of my custom order requests?
You can track the status of your orders in the order
history from the "My Orders" section of your account.
We provide updates from order confirmation to
delivery.
Can I cancel or modify a custom order request after it's
placed?
Depending on the brand's policies, you may be able to
cancel or modify your order within a specific time
frame. Check with the brand or refer to our
cancellation policy.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
You can specify any dietary restrictions or allergies
during the customization process. Brands will do their
best to accommodate your requirements. -

A wishlist () is a
feature that allows you to save items you're
interested in ordering for later.
What is a Cart in the custom order request application?
A cart () is a
feature that allows you to add items to a list in
preparation to place an order.
How do I create a wishlist?
To create a wishlist, First log in to your account, browse the items, and customise it and then their are two ways to add item to wishlist
1. You can add item to wishlist directly from the summary page
2. you can also move item from cart to wishlist
How can I view and manage my wishlists?
You can access and manage your wishlists from clicking
on a Wishlist icon ()
from top right beside Cart icon
How can I view and manage my cart?
You can access and manage your cart from clicking on a
Cart icon () from
top right in header
Can I order items directly from my wishlist?
Yes, you can move items from your wishlist to your
cart and proceed to place order request.
Can i edit items are in the wishlist/Cart?
Yes. All items can be edited, ordered or deleted.
How long are items stored in my wishlist/Cart?
Items are usually stored in your wishlist/cart until
you choose to remove them, even if you log out or
close the application.
What if an item in my wishlist/cart is no longer
available from the brand?
If an item becomes unavailable, a representative of
the store will contact you.
How do I clear my wishlist/Cart or remove items from it?
Just go to Wish List/Cart by clicking on it's icon,
then find the button "Empty Wish List/Cart" to clear
all items at once or individually one at a time.
Account
Do i need an account to request an order?
Yes, having an account is necessary to place orders.
It helps you track your orders, save preferences, and
receive updates.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" option
and provide the required information.
Can I change my account information, such as my mobile
or password?
Yes, you can update your account information in the
"Account Settings" section. Please note you will not
be able to update your email without creating a new
account.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Should you forget your password, click the "Forgot
Password" link on the login page, enter the email used
to setup your account, then enter the One Time
Password (OTP) sent to your email address.
Is my account information secure?
Yes, we take the security of your account information
seriously. We use encryption and security measures to
protect your data.
Can I use the same account to place orders request from
different brands?
Yes, your account allows you to place orders request
from multiple stores however, you can order from only
one store at a time.
